1. Welcome

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of freshbee (the "Service"), operated by Fetchsoozy Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By using freshbee, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What freshbee is

freshbee is a simple community counter: create a personal disc, verify your identity through Google sign-in, and be counted as one of the Frisbee enthusiasts around the world. You can also share your disc and explore discs created by others.

3. Accounts and eligibility

To save a disc and be counted, you must sign in with a Google account. You must be old enough to use Google services in your country. You are responsible for the security of your Google account.

Usernames are unique and case-insensitive. You may not register a username that impersonates someone else, infringes a trademark, or violates applicable law.

4. Your content

When you create a disc, you may upload an image and provide a disc name, username, display name, and country. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a limited license to store, display, and share it as needed to operate the Service (for example, on your public disc page and in the Explore gallery).

Do not upload content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, infringing, spam, or otherwise harmful. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this rule.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, automate, or interfere with the Service. This includes attempts to create multiple fake accounts, scrape data without permission, overload our infrastructure, or bypass any access controls.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these terms. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the count, map, or gallery data is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service (which is zero).

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
